Malaysia, our tropical island in the sun and hope to share
with you some of the tranquility that she offers. You will
find virgin tropical rainforest here with inner highlands
rising up to over a thousand metres and beautiful sandy
beaches along her coastline. There are unspoilt, secluded
bays with clear blue waters where you can picnic, swim or
simply lay in the sun..
The tropical island of Tioman
lies off the east coast of Peninsular Malaysia. The island is a
great location for scuba diving instruction with conditions optimum for
training new divers. We dive throughout the year though it is wetter in the months of December and January. For those already certified to dive, come explore
her vast underwater terrain and meet some of the most
interesting and varied marine life. Being part of the Indo Pacific basin which houses the world's greatest marine biodiversity, Tioman offers a multitude of marine treasures.. from the occassional whale shark and
manta ray, threatened napoleon wrasse and
graceful hawksbill and green sea turtles to the loveliest nudibranch. Come and experience an
explosion of colour underwater with beautiful soft corals in
abundance and many varieties of hard corals; fantastic
underwater landscape, with swim-throughs created by giant granite
boulders, caves and canyons...
We strongly believe in coral conservation
and the need for recreational divers to be aware of the harm
they can cause to decades of coral growth. We advocate good
buoyancy skills with the emphasis that divers should refrain
from touching or collecting anything, dead or alive, on a dive..
